This short stage closely follows the Tisza River, mostly along the top of the flood-control embankment. Wide floodplain meadows, riverside forests and peaceful lowland scenery accompany the ride. The route is flat and easy, ideal for a relaxed or family-friendly cycling day. Approaching Tiszafüred, the atmosphere gradually shifts toward the lakeside environment of the Tisza Lake region.
