From Bácsalmás, the route heads toward Kunbaja and Csikéria across the quiet, open plains of the Homokhát region. Near Tompa, Bárómajor is worth a stop for the neo-Gothic St. Anna Church, decorated with colourful Zsolnay ceramic tiles. Traffic increases as you approach Tompa, so caution, high-visibility clothing and single-file riding are recommended. The stage ends at the Tompa border crossing.
